  1. Set oven to 350°F
  2. Balsamic Drizzle….
  3. Combine 2 cups of Balsamic Vinegar and 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar in a small pan. Set on medium heat.
  4. Mixture should be on a soft boil. Stirring occasionally. You want the mixture to reduce to the point that once you put a spoon in the pan, the mixture coats the spoon. Allow to cool. This is when it will thicken and become a glaze.

  7. Pull out of the skillet and set on a paper towel.
  8. Brussel Sprouts
  9. Soak in a large bowl of salt water for about 30 minutes.
  10. Cut brown ends off and length wise
  11. Toss in the skillet used for the bacon and onions and saute until browned
  12. Put Brussel Sprouts on a foiled lined pan
  13. Add the bacon and onions to the mixture and bake for 30 minutes
  14. Drizzle Balsamic Drizzle over Sprouts.
